Meet Rachel Rudshteyn

Rachel is a dedicated ballroom dancer and instructor who believes in the lasting impact that movement and dance can have on an individual’s development and quality of life. A National Finalist and competitive dancer, Rachel grew up at Basic Ballroom Dance Studio, where she continues to train professionally and now teaches the next generation of dancers. As an experienced instructor, she has worked with students ranging from young children to adults, including individuals with developmental disabilities. Her experience in dance education has given her a strong understanding of the value of movement, discipline, and individualized instruction.

Rachel is a writer for American Dancer magazine and works part-time at JAG Physical Therapy, where she continues to expand her knowledge of movement and rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree through an honors program, with plans to continue her education in physical therapy alongside her professional dance career.
